All our builds start out as running road cars which are tested and checked prior to being stripped down, we do offer 4 different class structure builds (A,B,C,D) which depends on what power to weight ratio the series/championship you intend on running in is.
Class D :
This is the very basic and minimum build spec with very little weight lose being taken out of the car, things like doors are kept as is, we just remove the door cards and install a flat alloy door card in its replacement. Spare wheel well is also kept in along with inner side mounts for rear speakers (speakers are taken out). The inside is preparation, cleaned of all sound deading, 6 point cage welded in and then spray painted and built back up. We do not paint the outside of the car or the engine bay of this spec of car unless the customer would like it doing at the extra cost. This spec comes in between 1070KG - 1090KG without driver.

We start to lose some weight when it comes to the class C builds, with fully stripping out and cut out the inner skin of the doors, spare wheel well is cut out and blanked back up with a 3mm sheet of alloy, the inner skin of the car is also cut in the areas its structurally safe to do so. Again the sound deading is removed and the inside has its 6 point cage welded in then onto spraying the inside of the car then build back up. More weight to come out is trimming the dashboard down to its minimum (without it looking horrendous and unfinished). The engine bays are painted and so is the outside of the cars to the customers preference. This spec of builds come in between 980KG - 1000KG without driver.

The business end of our builds, the chassis and shell has all of the above regarding weight saving and a little more, they also include Lexan door windows and rear window with carbon fiber or fiberglass (customers option) bonnet and rear tailgate/hatch. We then install a full motorsport wiring harness which saves 14kg from the original wiring harness, the ecus are also upgraded to maximise the output of the engines power by using a Link G4 ECU and aftermarket sensors. AIM digital dashboards are also installed with data logging and on board live data. We also move to a 8 point welded in roll cage with X2 crosses behind driver, cross on the roof and crosses on doors with gussets plates. The stock pedals are removed and floor mounted pedals are installed which also replaces all brake hard pipes with braided hoses throughout the car. This brings the weight between 950KG - 970KG without driver.
